If you are at the start of a project, and do not have an architect in place, then Woodmans have their own in-house architects practice, Willow Architecture. Woodmans are equally happy to work with your chosen architect; having been in construction for over 20 years we have already worked with many of the leading architecture practices in the area.

Woodmans have a highly experienced team of Project Estimators. For this critical step we invest a great deal of resource into our project estimates and provide our Clients with detailed line-by-line costs and a fully priced schedule of works. We tend to work on a negotiated tender basis as opposed to competitive tenders. For more information on our approach please get in touch.

Our in-house team covers all trades allowing Woodmans to take full ownership of the project from beginning to end, delivering a luxury finish on time and on budget, and giving our Clients the peace of mind of a single point of contact. For every project we assign a Project Supervisor who remains a constant throughout, supporting and collaborating with our clients and architects, understanding the exact requirements, managing the SOW and staying on top of changes along the way.

Our sister company, Wrights Joinery, can provide all your built-in joinery and bespoke furniture. It is a huge advantage that our joinery workshop is part of our wider offering, removing a huge headache for our client and easing an element of construction that can sometimes be a fraught part of the process. We are of course happy to work with your joinery provider in the event that you already have a joinery provider in place.

If you decide to engage Woodmans, we are able to offer support with your interior layout, fixtures, fittings, joinery and M&E plans. This is ‘light-touch’ support and works really well when you do not require an interior designer to be on board throughout the project. Please ask our sales team for further information.
