Family Home, Sussex Coast

This project has truly been a labour of love, as much for our own team as it has been for our clients. In 2016 we completed Phase 1 - the brief to build a two bedroom self-contained annexe for the family to live in whilst the main house was renovated and extended. Following a successful first phase we were asked to undertake the renovation of the main house and later, in 2019, awarded the garden works including the garage, pool and landscaping. Built in 1936 the main house had not been updated in over 50 years. We stripped the house back to its bones and underpinned the majority of the walls and floors and removed and rebuilt the roof.
