Project | Seaside Victorian Apartment | Hove

It's hard to imagine wanting to install a dropped ceiling and cover up or at worst damage beautiful Victorian plasterwork.

Sadly it's not uncommon - in the 1970's Victorian architecture was seen as dated and homeowners wanted to create a more modern look.

They also believed they would save on heating bills, so up went formica, fake panelling, acoustic tiles and in went fluorescent lighting.

Recently restored entirely by our skilled in-house team, it's no small task to restore a property that's been damaged in this way but how satisfying it is when the finish is this beautiful.
